Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario, sitting in Ottawa.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of FieldPad Inc. or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The FieldPad name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of FieldPad Inc. or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA)
Data protection regulations
Export control laws
Anti-spam legislation (CASL)
Consumer protection laws

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration provisions set forth in our Terms of Use, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
