The M6 Group is a licensed private parking enforcement agency. We issue real municipal tickets to enforce your property's rules — through randomized patrols and full management of your visitor and tenant parking.

Visitor Permits	Guests register online or by QR code in under a minute — no app needed. You set the free monthly allotment; paid permits kick in after.

How a Rollout Works

We start with a 15-day warning period so residents learn the new rules, followed by one to two months of higher-frequency enforcement to clear existing misuse. Once behaviour stabilizes, we settle into your patrol package and review results together.

Signage

We supply and install municipally compliant signage from $99 per sign. Signs are required before the city will approve tagging and towing. M6 handles design, production, installation, and the municipal paperwork.
